In 2023, Towale Village was selected to be included in the top 75 national tourist villages at the Anugrah Desa Wisata (ADWI) organized by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf). The research methodology involved active collaboration with local stakeholders, including the village government, local entrepreneurs and the local community. The main steps included identification of existing tourism resources, SWOT analysis, and joint strategic planning to develop sustainable tourism attractions as well as monitoring and evaluation on program implementation.<br>The results showed great potential in developing various aspects of the tourist attraction, including natural beauty, cultural heritage, and local experiences. Apart from that, this activity can prevent the rate of abrasion on the coast of Teluk Kombal hamlet. This form of activity is based on a joint movement carried out by students from the Muhammadiyah University of Mataram, representatives of the village disaster agency, representatives from the sub-district head, village officials, youth and community leaders. The method used is the 500 planting awareness movement. Halal certification is a key factor in expanding market access and increasing consumer confidence. The purpose of this study is to improve the understanding of MSME groups in Banjarnegara Regency regarding the basic concepts of halal certification, its significance in the context of business competitiveness, and its positive impact on local economic growth. The knowledge improvement method involves socialization activities and workshops directly to MSME groups. One of the obstacles often encountered in developing a business is difficulty developing a concept. With marketing research, you can obtain a variety of information and data that can be used as an option for creating a business plan. Another thing that is no less important is that through marketing research you will be presented with a variety of the latest trends. This is quite important considering that market conditions move quite quickly from time to time. By following existing trends, you will obtain a variety of information that can be taken into consideration when implementing the next marketing strategy. Marketing research can also play a role in product development. Changing market conditions in terms of tastes and trends must be followed by product development through market research. MSMEs are part of the independent Indonesian economy and have great potential to improve people's welfare seen from the three roles of MSMEs in the Indonesian economy, including a means of equalizing the economic level of the small people, a means of alleviating poverty and a means of earning foreign exchange for the country. MSME business with small capital is possible for anyone to do. MSME businesses must develop and be known by the wider community, so that their products can be known and consumed by the wider community. MSME branding aims to involve creating and maintaining a strong and positive brand image in the eyes of consumers. Branding is an effort to build an identity that differentiates a product or service from its competitors. The government is committed to increasing the contribution of micro, small and medium enterprises to the economy. However, the results of various MSME empowerment programs that have been implemented by Ministries and Institutions have not been optimal. Therefore, synchronization and harmonization of MSME empowerment programs is needed to increase the effectiveness of program implementation, so that it can increase the contribution of MSMEs to the economy. Through a community service program called "Capacity Building for MSMEs to Upgrade" the aim is not only to help accelerate national economic growth, but as an effort to empower micro businesses to move up to the scale of small businesses which need to be managed in a more targeted and measurable manner. At the Association of Village Integrator Lecturers (ADIDES), until now, the process for submitting scientific collaboration activities between members is still done manually. This manual approach, although effective, requires more time because it involves manual confirmation and input by the website administrator for each announcement of scientific collaboration activities. Therefore, in the latest Community Service (PKM) activity, a website-based Knowledge Management System (KMS) application was designed, allowing each association member to add activities and collaborate independently. It is hoped that this website-based KMS application can become a means of communication and information dissemination between association members and the general public who are interested in the scientific collaboration programs offered by ADIDES. This website-based KMS ADIDES redesign uses a design thinking framework. The design thinking method includes five stages, namely empathize, define, generate ideas, create a prototype, and test. The use of a design thinking framework is expected to produce designs that are superior to previous sites.
